Can do a Doppler study for assessing vascularity of the foot for early wound healing. Proper assessment and prompt and timely treatment is essential for diabetic foot , otherwise, loss of limb and mental trauma can occur. So proper control of blood sugar, daily foot examination , using proper chappals, and early consultation and screening for neuropathy and ischemia can save lot of limbs, and have a morning walk and continuation of daily routine activities and happy life 😀
